Standard Massage

60 or 90 minute standard massage that is body/muscular focused. Keeping in line with Ayurvedic work, can be relaxation centered or deeper therapeutic work…Includes cupping, targeted stretching, and targeted work at the therapists discretion and client request. Please note that Kandyce is an Ayurvedic bodyworker so while she gets her clients amazing results and out of pain, massage work is not geared towards those looking for a "painful" "go as hard as you can" massage session.

Ultimate Relaxation Massage

Experience the Ultimate unwind! This 90 minute session starts with laying under warm infared lamps while warm healing Ayurvedic oil is poured on the body and massaged in long stress relieving strokes. Next comes hot stones, an Aveda rosemary mint oil scalp massage, a peppermint foot massage, and a hot towel head wrap!

Reiki Healing Massage

The Prana Room's most requested session - Ayurvedic Massage and Reiki healing techniques combine for the perfect relaxing and healing experience. This service does include massage therapy that is performed in a soothing and intuitive healing manner along with Reiki/energy clearing. Kandyce will share any insights felt on the body and any other messages from loved ones, higher self that are expressed during the session

Post Partum Recovery Massage

A restorative postpartum massage designed to support healing after birth. Warm Ayurvedic oils are used to encourage lactation, reduce swelling, and promote lymphatic drainage. Gentle techniques support cesarean scar recovery, enhanced with cupping and red light therapy to aid tissue healing and reduce inflammation. Herbal packs are applied along the spine to support the nervous system and ease residual tremors following epidural use. This session offers a calming space to restore balance, ease tension, and reconnect with the body during the postpartum period.

The Lymphatic Reset Massage

The 90 minute Lymphatic Reset Massage is a restorative full-body treatment that supports detoxification, immune health, and deep relaxation. This service combines lymphatic massage with dry brushing, Ayurvedic herbal oils, hot towels, and infrared light therapy to stimulate circulation and encourage the natural movement of lymph. Rhythmic strokes help reduce swelling and stagnation, while warm towels and therapeutic light penetrate deeply to release tension and support cellular renewal.

Abhyanga Ayurvedic Indian Massage

Deeply relaxing and revitalizing - Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage from India utilizes warm herbal oils poured onto the body and massage techniques of intentional long strokes to the clients body. Abhyanga soothes the nervous system and support the lymphatics and organs. Abdominal Massage/steam is also performed with this session. This session is very beneficial for those experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional distress, or looking for a full body reset! This session is also recommended for: post-partum moms for birth recovery and milk production support, endometriosis surgery recovery and support, hysterectomy full or partial surgery recovery support.

Grief Healing Massage and Bodywork

A 90 min session focused on massage and energy work to provide comfort, relief, and intuitive insights from the deep emotions of Grief. Grief can be experienced in many forms from death, loss, separation, estrangement, mourning, or just not coping with a life situation and no issue is too big or small to work together. Session combines massage, connecting through talk, intuitive energy work, and intentional body work. Kandyce has experience working with clients with birth/child loss, death, and other sensitive subjects.
